60,000 SF of new manufacturing facility was created including a new 3,000 amp electrical service, full plumbing to all equipment for a cooling water system including new exterior equipment yard. The manufacturing area also received a complex web of compressed air feeding each machine. The office area received a complete tenant improvement including carpet, paint, restroom upgrades and ADA compliance.
