Enso Verde

Artner West Construction performed the build-out of the Enso Verde Preview Center. The build-out for the industrial mid-century modern design encompassed more than 3,000 SF. Improvements including multi-level dropped ceilings, all new LED lighting fixtures, polished concrete flooring, hardwood architectural features and accents, glass-walled offices, custom tilework and live edge wood features.

Enso Verde senior living communities are a collaboration between the San Francisco Zen Center, and Kendal and represents a first-of-its-kind, inclusive and socially aware approach to life plan communities. The Simi Valley location is situated on a 21-acre campus in the foothills of Ventura County, with mountain views, a sycamore grove, and a dry creek running through the property.
