Artner West Construction. Inc.

After spending 22 years working for his father’s construction company, Mark Artner launched his own company, Artner West Construction, in 1996. Specializing in commercial and industrial projects, Artner West quickly became one of the most well-respected commercial construction companies in Ventura & Santa Barbara County region specializing in tenant improvements, building renovations and new building construction.

What separates us from our competitors? Communication, responsiveness and efficiency. We take the time to listen to our client’s needs and understand their goals and overall vision for each project and make sure these elements are aligned with project feasibility and client budget.

Additionally, unlike many other general contractors, Artner West self-perform several trades in-house, including carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall, painting, electrical work, and concrete. Handling these trades in-house allows us to have more control over project costs and project schedule which allows us to deliver projects on-time and on budget!
