When Primal Kitchen relocated to Oxnard CA, they knew they needed a state of the art facility for warehouse, distribution and corporate offices. AWC provided a complete tenant improvement including R30 insulation throughout the warehouse, new executive offices and complete LED lighting in the warehouse. A new fire sprinkler protection system was installed to protect the large stores of avocado oil they produce.
